Personalised massage treatments in Amsterdam Plantage area, considering each individual's activity level and history - and future. Having a massage doesn't require a specific reason! Receiving and giving touch is a fundamental human need, and there definitely is a lack of positive touch in the world. I am trying to fill that gap. I meet each client as a unique person with a unique history (past and future). Massage requires reciprocity; the client trusts me and we build a relationship that aims to increase their well being. I am honoured to be able to connect to my clients via touch, to see their vulnerability. Giving a massage and being present for my clients is also healing for me. I offer both relaxation massage and sport massage with stretches and joint mobilisations, tailored for individual needs. Lymphatic draining is also possible.
