TVR Machine is not a typical precision CNC component manufacturer. With over twenty-five years of experience in corporate roles in manufacturing, engineering, marketing, and sales, we bring a unique understanding of business needs to our partnerships with our customers. Knowing both your company and our company need to continually excel in quality, price, and delivery in order to remain profitable and grow, we have focused and invested on these areas since purchasing TVR in 2006. Relative to quality, we have invested in a Browne & Sharpe coordinate measuring machine (CMM), an XLO comparator, and numerous other inspection equipment. In addition, we have formulated a regimented quality process and are in the process of gaining ISO 9001 compliance. TVR has an ongoing continuous improvement process relative to shop efficiency. We have embraced lean manufacturing and are implementing 5S. Our goal is to reduce our manufacturing cost and share savings with our customers. Delivery has been and remains another cornerstone of our business. In order to be able to maintain this competitive advantage as we grow, we have invested in a formal MRP system. Our current system incorporates barcode scanning and a formal scheduling module. We also offer manufacturing and product development services. We do engineering from product concept development and prototyping to product/manufacturing optimization engineering to reduce product costs.
