Tweed Foundation

Tweed Foundation are regarded as being at the forefront in bringing a more professional, objective, scientific approach to salmonid management. We are engaged in an extensive programme of biological monitoring and habitat enhancement with the aim of protecting Tweed’s valuable fish stocks and maximising the river’s natural productivity. We are a charitable company limited by guarantee set up by the River Tweed Commission (RTC) to promote the development of fish stocks in the Tweed River system.
