Increasingly, executives are being asked to create value for a wider group than just their immediate stakeholders. This is called broad prosperity. 2100 is a network of young leaders and current directors who strive for broad prosperity from their positions. This requires creating natural, social and human value in addition to financial value. And it requires accountability to all stakeholders, including employees, society, suppliers, customers. This applies to the present, but also to the long term: the year 2100.
