On a Sheffield high street in 2006, twentytwo was born with a mission: to realise local club’s ambitions for teamwear customisation. The original idea for twentytwo came about as we grew frustrated by the lack of choice of quality sports products available to us in Sheffield and the surrounding areas. We felt that the larger sports shops lacked personal service and knowledge. We started the business in September 2006 with former Sheffield Wednesday and England legend Chris Waddle cutting the ribbon at our official opening. We are passionate about sport. We try to give players, coaches and volunteers a good quality choice teamwear and equipment. We aim to provide excellent service as well as competitive prices and we are proud to have satisfied customers from across the UK and at all levels of sport. We work with clubs of various sizes to help promote grassroots sport whenever possible.
