Advocates was first incorporated and operated as a legal consultancy firm under the name M/s Twikirize Associates on 27th April, 2006 and later changed to the current name of M/s Twikirize & Co. Advocates on 11th December, 2009. For the last 11 years, the firm has been involved in provision of legal expertise, with a specific niche on commercial transactions, civil, land and criminal law related litigation, environmental law, land use and management. Currently, the firm provides legal consultancy and advisory services and handles general legal practice covering many areas of law with an emphasis on land law, corporate law, civil and commercial litigation, debt collection, land transactions and conveyances, insurance matters, estates management, business law, privatization, intellectual, contracts, criminal and criminal investigations, debt recovery, due diligence, immigration law, torts, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Our Clients include individuals and a broad range of organisations in the private, public and, voluntary or charitable sectors; we act as a primary source of advice on conduct of business by providing legal advice in all matters pertaining to operations of the businesses, new legislation, compliance with legislation, development of strategy and corporate planning.
