What is TWINKLE Association? TWINKLE Association is the operative arm of the TWINKLE movement that promotes the understanding of multiculturalism, co-creation and networking. TWINKLE Association aims to have an impact on technology, education and society in Finland to support its global competitiveness. We achieve our aim with honest, trust, worthy respecting, courageous, passionate and dedicated volunteers.
