Twistcast Storm Team
What is TWISTCAST? The Twistcast concept was started by Steven Allen Cooper back in spring time 2007 following a small severe weather outbreak in his home area of Tennessee. Steve was concerned and determined to help those affected by future storms. At that time Steve named his newborn project “StormTrax” after a colleague Brian Simmons’ team. Steve fashioned this group like that of another team at the time named Tornado Raycom. Steve took the best of each of these groups to mold the new storm team.
