Two Different Boots, Llc

I've been coaching informally throughout my entire adult life. In my career over the last 22 years I've been leading teams of people (small and large) and coaching and developing them to be their best selves at work, which then also translates to home. I am a single mom of two teenage boys, so I've been doing my best to coach and develop them as well. And I have to say that's been harder than any challenges I've had at work! Shoutout to all of the parents out there! My life has been a journey, starting with a very unstable, dysfunctional family, filled with substance abuse and mental/emotional disease. I was forced to grow up at a very early age. And I promised myself that I wouldn't become a victim. I am stronger because of what I have learned in my life and it's made me resilient, humble, and appreciative of all of the things that I have worked so hard to have. I have been on a self-evolution journey the last 10 years to create the best life possible and to find ways to rise above and stay positive. I've learned the things that work and don't work for me. And I want to help others find what works for them. When I started this business, I was furloughed from my career of 20+ years in travel. I knew I wanted to find a way to help others stay motivated and live their best lives, even through the hardest times. In 2020, I put myself out there and facilitated workshops around leading through crisis, managing change, and communication. I started working on the book that had been building inside me my entire life. I found a new career, and now I integrate my coaching within my workplace. And I write.to inspire others. I've now published two books and am working on a third. I have a son who's still in high school and another in college, so working full-time is still a necessity. But a few years from now.who knows! There are so many ways to coach others, and I love the flexibility to do that through being a PM at work and through my writing.
