Twofish Kft. was founded and joined by game industry veterans assembling a wide experience in the entertainment software business. The company was founded in 2006 and located in Budapest, Hungary. The members of the team has crossed path in several different development studios in the past and this time has decided on starting their own. Many of the current team has years or even over a decade common work experience - working for Appaloosa, as part of their core development team and had the chance to cooperate with numerous well-known publishers for multiple platforms being an integral part of the success of games like Ecco, the Dolphin (SEGA) and Jaws: Unleashed (Majesco). The team enjoys making games and taking on challenges of display technologies as well as play mechanics. We are offering high quality graphical solutions, game engineering and server development with a highly competent team of currently 30 members. We can also fulfil sound engineering, designing and QA tasks, thus providing the whole scope of game development. Smarty Ants client game development for Smarty Ants Inc – an educational game teaching kids to read in a fun way. Developed for multiple platforms using multiple engines, PC, Mac, Browsers, iOS, Android using Flash, Unity, Torque. Smarty Ants won Codie award in 2012 in 'Best Education Game or Simulation' category. The Edgeracers project was the proof of concept for a virtual economy platform, the game itself was a multiplayer racing game with massively customizable features. We have worked on social slot machine development taking part in the creation of the games Spintopia, LuckyLand, Extra and Hollywood Slots Developed iOS and Android games for various publishers in different genres: action/adventure, puzzle, education. Among them are the slice series (Slice HD, Slice SD, ProtoSlice, Dexter Slice) and The Super SmashBall.
