Officially founded in 2004, our initial office has grown to be the one of the good quality local consulting firm in HCMC. Currently at 40 professionals, TwoG office delivers a wide mix of Planning, Architecture, Interiors and landscape, supporting Mixed-Use Developments, Commercial Office Buildings, Residential, Hospitality and educational projects. Priding ourselves on our complete understanding of all local codes, standards, technology and materials, we view every client as a partner and every project as a priority. TwoG believes that innovation and creativity are a derivative of balancing the systems of program, economy, site, and the human sense of well-being. Although our approach can be pragmatic and meet the practical programmatic requirements, our projects transcend the ordinary by making every design decision meaningful in terms of craft and economy, and most importantly keeping the conditions for the occupants comfortable and conducive to mental and physical well-being. We also often work closely with local contractors for insight and early approvals, should one or more be brought into the design process during the design phases to bring the best benefit for Clients. We believe that the success of a project is not achieved when the concept design is completed, but when it is realized in the image we envisioned. With more than a decade designing icons and icons-to-be that span this long, narrow nation, it becomes hard to highlight the highlights. Still, our m2 dormitory campus for National University students set a new standard for Vietnam student housing. Spanning 50ha of land, the project is completed with 35 high-rise buildings presently in use. Our heavily praised track record in mixed use function includes the German House, Saigon Dragon and Lancaster in CBD of Ho Chi Minh City, developed by TTG with CFA, which additionally features of residential space.
