Striving for excellence Tycon Group is a Victorian construction infrastructure specialists working across various sectors including water, transport, rail, energy/resources and defence. Help those in need This is one of Tycon's founding principles and has been from the very beginning. Tycon has focused on helping various ethnic communities whenever possible as well as disadvantaged workers and groups within the broader community. As the next step in helping the local community Tycon has been engaging Indigenous Australians as part of the work force with hopes of helping to create real employment opportunities as well as providing an opportunity to help teach new skills and improve existing skills. On top of this Indigenous Australian suppliers have also been engaged for a host of different services and products to further help the broader community.
