As part of the UMSDS qualification within the MHHS program, we are preparing for a significant shift. Starting in 2025, all electricity settlements will occur half-hourly. But that’s not all—new connections now require a Half Hourly Meter Administrator, a service we are ideally suited to provide. Streamlined MPAN Migration In 2024, existing Non-Half Hourly (NHH) MPANs will transition to a single Half Hourly (HH) MPAN per inventory. While energy customers can directly appoint their preferred Meter Administrator, suppliers are entrusting us to manage this transition seamlessly. CMS Testing Under changes to BSCP520, CMS system providers must engage the services of a CMS test agent in order to progress their approval with Elexon. We are working with both domestic and international companies for street lighting and on street EV charging solutions to facilitate the approval of their systems for use in settlements.
