Type Forward

Type forward is an independent type foundry founded by Stan Partalev and Mirela Belova. After working together with significant ease for the past few years we decided it is time to team up as a type foundry. Driven by shared vision and inspiration, we are focused on producing high-quality original fonts while staying enthusiastic about delivering elaborate yet functional designs with great technological care. We have both previously studied visual arts and design and started our careers as graphic designers with interests in different fields, yet with a common impulse to improve the visual environment around us. Nevertheless, we were most inspired by the functionality and purpose of design, which naturally and gradually grew into a passion for typography and type design. Having now several years of experience working on different successful typefaces, we are ever so motivated to share with you what we are capable of.
