At TYSHA, we believe in providing practical offline psychosocial support services to women in need. In order to make offline services efficient TYSHA has designed an innovative model of offline support groups for women facilitated by psychologists that lasts for 6 weeks. Why innovative- based on third-wave CBT approaches (ACT, DBT, MBCT, and Schema Therapy)- tailored to the assessed needs of women on the frontline - every step is assessed with validated questionnaires Since our inception, TYSHA has made a significant impact on the mental health landscape. With over 6,500 individuals educated about mental health services and 450 direct recipients of our support groups (as of Jun 20, 2023), we have touched countless lives on the front line. We understand that women require essential skills to overcome adversity, and that's precisely what we provide. Currently, TYSHA operates in three Ukrainian cities: Mykolayiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv.
