Over 25 years ago my relationship with the Justice system was very different. Back then we were adversaries, today we are partners. Since my first encounter with the courts I have created and founded the U-Belong Program. At U-Belong, our primary focus is to aggressively and systematically reduce recidivism. We achieve this goal by conducting social, economic, vocational, and education based workshops. We provide customized adult wraparound services and job placement for adjudicated adult men as a Re-Entry Program participant with the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania Waiver Trials Division in the Court of Common Pleas. The purpose of this event is to bring awareness to our efforts, highlight some of our successes up to this point, share our vision for the future and continue to grow and earn the trust and support of not only the clients in which we serve and the Judges the refer them to our program but to the community as a whole-Kenneth Pratt, Founder
