U-Pgrade

U-pgrade NV is an investment company which owns and manages a portfolio of rented appartments and small retail units. U-pgrade was founded in June 2012 and provides an answer to the increasing demand for affordable appartments for rent between 650 and 850 EUR, focusing on city centres and its close surroundings. Currently U-pgrade rents out 110 appartments and 75 parkings in Antwerp and the North of Brussels. Our expertise, knowledge and efforts has led to an ‘U-pgrade’ of poor quality housing units to attracting homes meeting the current environmental and comfort standards.
