Construction management – we select the most suitable contractors, subcontractors and suppliers of materials/equipment, ensure that construction works are started and completed on time, control the costs and execution of works, and represent our client during the entire construction process. Construction supervision – execution of construction works according to their projects, quality control of construction works, process management, preparation for the construction completion procedure and consulting during the process. Technical audits – we perform complex analysis and evaluation of real estate object documents, physical inspections of objects and their conformity with the technical documentation.
