uab securities is part of the uab Bank and established in December 2015 as a securities company on the new Yangon Stock Exchange and licensed to perform Underwriting, Dealing, Brokering and Advisory services. We are building a company that can offer our corporate customers and investors a unique and highly personalized service. With our in depth knowledge of the Myanmar market and customs we are also able to offer a boutique service to guide our customers through the rules and regulations of the stock market of this newly emerging market. This also allows us to offer advice to foreign companies looking to investing within Myanmar and guide them through the regulations. With our International partners we are able to provide advice and recommendations in good corporate governance and IFRS accounting standards.
