Ubunye Educare Centre

Since our founding in 2002 Ubunye Educare Centre has adopted an integrated ECD model that promotes access to quality Grade R ECD education, good nutrition and paediatric healthcare services, and parenting skills for families with children aged 5 – 6 for free in Dunoon Township. We will achieve this noble goal through the following objectives: Objective 1: Provide quality early childhood education to 120 children aged 5 - 6 from Dunoon Township to prepare them for primary school education and a successful life Objective 2: Provide routine paediatric health check-ups for general health and well-being of 120 children enrolled in our care Objectives 3: Provide a balanced diet during school days for 120 children enrolled in our care to meet their nutritional needs, and for their growth and development Objective 4: Promote good parenting skills through an eight-week training programme in collaboration with Wordworks
