The Eli and Edythe Broad Center of Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Research at UCLA, also known as the UCLA Broad Stem Cell Research Center or BSCRC, is dedicated to transforming the treatment of disease through groundbreaking stem cell research. Our mission is to translate scientific discoveries into therapies that revolutionize patient care. At the heart of our success is a commitment to fostering a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment where our more than 240 members work at the cutting edge of science, technology and medicine. The BSCRC offers state-of-the-art laboratory spaces and access to critical resources such as advanced microscopy and next-generation high throughput sequencing. These facilities enable our investigators to accelerate the translation of basic research to clinical application.
