Ucsc Earth & Marine Sciences Building

UCSC Earth & Marine Sciences Building is a higher education company based out of 1156 HIGH ST, Santa Cruz, California, United States. The Earth & Marine Sciences building on the main UCSC campus houses the Institute of Marine Sciences Associate Director of Academic Initiatives, the Marine Analytical Lab, the Plasma Analytical Lab, the manager of those labs, as well as some of the IMS Researchers and affiliated faculty. Affiliated faculty have departmental laboratories to support their own groups of research staff, postdocs, graduate and undergraduate students. IMS provides office and lab space for researchers and visiting scientists. Also based here is the MEGAMER (Microbial Environmental Genomics, Applications, Modeling, Experimentation, & Remote Sensing) research facility. The Earth and Marine Sciences Building also houses the departments of Ocean Sciences, and Earth and Planetary Sciences. The Science and Engineering Library is a short distance away.
