When we did research, we came to know that in ancient times there was Gurukul system where the Guru counselled the child and imparted education according to the child so that every child could reach his goal easily. Udayanam counsels the parent first until the child reaches class 6th. From class 6th to 8th, both the child and the parent are counselled. Between classes 8th to 12th, we help him to decide his final dream and guide him according to the dream. On the basis of the decided dream we provide counselling as well as other facilities to the child like career guru, the qualified person of the particular profession chosen by the child becomes his career guru. We provide Career Map to the child for choosing the right path and also provide Career Mantra for practical learning tips and concept clarity.
