UDGAM is a group of people with different skills and talents, but a similar mindset that is to create or to pursue anything in the best possible way, with the integration of innovation and creativity, keeping in mind the values, principles and code of UDGAM. Four other sub groups work under the label of UDGAM- UDGAM TECH UDGAM ICA UDGAM READS UDGAM BHARAT UDGAM empowers youth by providing real-world skills to them and nourishing their existing skills to match real-world needs. VALUES- Innovation, creativity, taking initiatives, integrity, honesty, risk-taking, equality, diversity, continuous learning and teamwork are some of our core values. BELIEFS: We believe in performing our best in each of our works no matter what it requires. Quality shall never be compromised in any circumstance. MOTTO- UDGAM is a new spark of hope for the youth of India. It assures them that with a little co-operation and dedication, they can have the opportunity to learn some real-world skills, quite essential for today's world.
