Uea Publishing Project

UEA Publishing Project is an innovative new publishing press based within the School of Literature, Drama and Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia (UEA). Drawing on the world-renowned creative thinking which happens at the University, The Publishing Project produces short fiction, poetry, non-fiction, academic essays and works of creative-criticism. The Publishing Project consists of three imprints: Boiler House Press - experiments in fiction, poetry, non-fiction, and everything in between. Strangers Press - the translator, engaging in translation as a creative act of cultural exchange. Egg Box Publishing - teaching students at UEA about publishing through, well, publishing. The UEA Publishing Project also represents the extensive national and international networks of Norwich, England's first UNESCO City of Literature, working with partners such as Norwich University of the Arts, Writers' Centre Norwich, British Centre for Literary Translation, and others.
