Uf Trailblazers

The Trailblazers initiative is dedicated to giving first-year Black engineering students a head start by equipping students with essential academic and professional tools, ensuring they feel confident when navigating their college journey. We strive to select promising students and guide them through a year-long program that includes educational presentations, guest speakers, community service and team-building activities, which helps them develop the skills necessary to pursue leadership positions in both professional and campus settings. With this initiative we aim to enhance the Gator chapter of NSBE by creating an inclusive environment that facilitates personal growth.
