Questions such as 'what would save time,'what would make it easier','how to prove something was done or said','how can we prove we told them that' etc were used as base questions to foster discussions around the features and function of the system deemed to be required and relevant. In essence, the system has been designed by the industry. The industry feedback based 'skin' has been overlayed on top of an existing, proven, highly reliable 'any medium to any medium' communication switching system.
