The Ujali story begins in Nigeria, where we saw how difficult it could be for African organisations to access high quality, good value training. So we set out to form a bridge between training needs and those best able to meet those needs. We built a platform that makes it easy for organisations to identify, connect with, and book expert trainers. And we developed bespoke programmes for clients who needed unique solutions. Then we realised that organisations everywhere would benefit from our solution. So we broadened our vision, to help meet their training needs. We now offer universal access to training experts and training programmes. We work with organisations of all sizes, all around the world, to develop the most important resource they have — their human capital.
