UJL Pty Ltd specialises in the supply of equipment and solutions that have superior performance in modern paper and pulp mills. UJL has access to the latest technology and expertise to assist paper and pulp manufacturers in continuing to improve the safety and cost-effectiveness of mill operations. In 2005, we started our own company, UJL Pty Ltd on which utilises my experience and training from the past 25 years. Our aim to do things in a way that is different from many of today's global corporations. Being an independent and private company, we can offer new innovative solutions, fast customer service, very specialised advanced technical support with lower costs. Our aim to have our customer service and spare part costs up to 30% lower than that of large corporations and other local suppliers. We are also aiming to build long term customer relationships over the life cycle of the solutions and have trusted and professional business and communications with staff ranging from plant operators to mill managers. We have a very wide professional network internationally and locally to support our customers. Our other aims are to serve each customer in “real time” and have no surprises in deliveries either now or years to come
