Uk Directorate Group

The UK Directorate Group provides an entirely new dimension of support and practical expertise to enable organisations to operate to their full potential and achieve long-term success. It differs from other management consulting organisations in two fundamental areas. • Our guidance on all aspects of organisational planning, development and optimum operation from start-up to market leadership, is provided by and based upon the practical expertise of a body of experienced directors who were pivotal in the development of successful companies. Success which encompassed overcoming the myriad of challenges that would otherwise lead to the decline and failure suffered by the majority of companies. • The UK Directorate Group has been established as a truly 21st Century company. One that recognises that as a service organisation in today’s digital age, there is no justification for an outdated business model burdened by the costly infrastructure and central administration that imposes what is to many organisations a prohibitive cost. The UK Directorate Group’s clients therefore gain the benefit of proven director expertise, without the limitations of non-executive appointments and at a fraction of the cost of most knowledge based traditional consultancy organisations. It should be considered as the first choice for those organisations seeking to enhance their capabilities and potential.
