UK Room was established in 2009. We specialise in the acquisition, operation and management of residential accommodation. UK Room’s roots started by letting out multiple occupancy accommodation with a mixture of private clients and Local Authorities, following requests from various Local Authority partners we started acquiring and offering self-contained properties for emergency accommodation. Our service has been tailored to ensure the clients nominated to us who are going through the anguish of homelessness can move effortlessly into our accommodation, as all accommodation is provided with everything they will need. We are continually adding to our property portfolio and we continue to upgrade and maintain our existing properties to a high standard, ensuring compliance to current regulations and Health & Safety Standards at all times. UK Room are accredited landlords via the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme and are members of the NLA. We have attained ISO 9001 for our quality management systems and ISO 14001 for our environmental management systems.
