We are a team of Psychologists who envision providing a plethora of services on the lines of intervention, prevention, and promotion of Mental Health. We started our Mental Health awareness campaign on Instagram & Facebook on July 26, 2020. Since then, we have conducted several online and offline events. Unar - a support group to deal with the pandemic. Ulaviyal Pazhagu - a learning space to unite knowledge providers and seekers to impart psychological skill sets. Uyirmei - With our substantial “Mental and Sexual Health Education Project,” we aim to educate students, parents, academicians, and the community with the necessary knowledge and crucial skills to equip individuals to impact themselves and society positively. As a strong foundation for the project, an exhaustive research literature review started at the end of May 2021. Following this, we undertook a series of research works to support our modules with scientific evidence strongly.
