Ulo Hotels is a Tech enabled Budget Hotel chain founded by Viswanathan.M in 2016. We are charming guests with our Budget Stays & quality 5 Bs Services. We have our very own unique Property Management System (PMS) called UloTel. The Property Owners can view the Revenue Projection, Overall Revenue and Room Inventory in a single dashboard. It paves for easy monitoring and control over all our portfolio properties. We operate via the Revenue Share concept. We tie up with Single Brand Budget Hotels that are underperforming & help them to achieve Standard Occupancy, Standard Revenue & Quality. It is beneficial for Hotel Owners in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities to partner with us because we will assist day-to-day operations, give a better internet presence, revamp quality and employ dedicated reservation teams to all our portfolio properties. Ours is an open office environment where we encourage creativity from all our employees. We work as a close-knit team that makes the work enjoyable. With 175+ rooms in 7 cities, we aim to offer great Customer experience in Budget Stays. Our vision is to acquire 144 properties in 45 cities, achieve 12 Crores in Revenue, do room nights by 2018.
