Ultrapilot Technologies was formed so as to provide Laboratory and Pilot Scale Filtration and Drying Systems in the area of Solid-Liquid Separation, to the Chemical Process Industry comprising of Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals including API’s, Food & Herbal Industries, etc. The basis of the operating and design philosophy for our Lab and Pilot Scale systems is to provide safe production of high-quality products; so as to ensure process safety; provide efficient material flow and capture processing data. As a result, it will help achieve a complex balance of timely and cost-effective manufacturing of chemical inventory and scale-up of the process. These systems are also designed especially for the Pharmaceutical Industry (development of APIs & Bulk Drugs), adhere to the ASME code and are manufactured strictly following current good manufacturing practices (CGMPs). They are used for preparing clinical supplies that are governed by regulatory health authorities such as the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency (EMEA).
