The Company was established in 1993. We are dealing in the field of recruitment of Ukrainian seafarers and specialists relating to Ships Repair, Shipbuilding and Construction industries. Our office is located in Odessa - the main concentration point of human resources, one of the biggest ports in the Mediterranean and Black Sea areas.
