Uma System Change

Many of us crave to see changes in the way we approach health, education, food, energy, and mobility. But, change is hard. And changing systems even harder. We can feel helpless in the face of these constructs we once created to serve us, but that now somehow seem to own us. Many brilliant, brave and gritty change makers impact the way we do things. But none of us can do it alone. We need clarity to reflect on the complex challenges we are facing. We need hope and creativity to imagine radically different ways. We need courage to make a start, and experiment. And above all, we need each other, to collaborate. I apply my background in human-centred design, societal transitions and behaviour change to support teams, organisations and networks in creating systemic impact, whether this is in health, education, food, energy, mobility, housing or any other big theme of our time.
