Founded in 2018 and based in Palma de Mallorca, The Umami Group is the appellation given to our two main companies, Umami United Brands S.L. & Umami United Services S.L. Our foundation is based on excellence, understanding and effectiveness. Fundamentally as a global project, our base in Palma de Mallorca is only a reference since we consider ourselves as know-mads of this globe. Our specialities are the food and beverage operations in beach clubs, roof lounges and restaurants. We operate, franchise or manchise our brands and we assist other brands with an “a la carte” conceptual and operational development. Our strength and foundation are based on finance, hospitality and PR delivery. Reliable and competitive developments with hotel operations in their food and beverage outlets. Positioning and maintaining a brand in a hotelier’s enterprise is part of the achievements we have already reached with our global brands.
