The Indian Government in the year 2016 introduced the Real Estate Regulatory Act, popularly known as RERA, The intent of this Act was to bring transparency and visibility to the development happening in the country, Around 18 states, adopted to this act and made their individual acts suitable to the respective states. We, as Umber Ghar, have developed a patented software in this regard which is customer-centric and at the same time benefits builders to visually see the progress of their projects at one place. The software solution also brings in a lot of accuracy and avoids all human errors as far as RERA quarterly filing of updates are concerned. We intend to bring this solution in front of millions of digital savvy Indians who eventually will demand for such visibility. Through Umber Ghar-as a medium-we are quite confident that we can achieve our business goal quite effectively.
