UMBN is a group of creatives who do complementary work. From facilitating workshops to honing a product or service vision to consulting on strategic risks and opportunities, everything we do is collaborative. UMBN Facilitation, led by Annemarie Boss: Annemarie designs meetings that are effective, innovative, and fun. In facilitated sessions, teams develop creative solutions to their individual or organization-wide challenges using methods such as design sprints, Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving, LEGO® Serious Play, and the FourSight® Creative Thinking System. UMBN Digital & Strategy, led by Peter Croce: Peter works with ambitious, impact-focused teams to go from ambiguity to clarity and action. Activities range depending on goals but can involve co-creating a product or service vision, usher a vision from idea to reality, and/or conducting research to identify risks and opportunities. With experience across diverse industries and sectors, Peter now works exclusively with teams focused on climate change.
