Umbrella Docket is the business-to-business paperless docket exchange web-based solution focusing on the construction industry. Companies, Sole Traders, Contractors, Employees, Employers, etc. are able to sign in to the Umbrella Docket application to send or receive dockets online. At Umbrella Docket we believe that our user interface is designed for users from the Construction Industry with a minimum required internet experience. The source code to achieve this application is implemented using the most advanced Microsoft technologies. Our database is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud platform for full backup stability and guaranty of information safety. This system includes: • Equipment Hire templates. • Truck Haulage templates. • Labor Hire templates. • Delivery template. • Machinery safety checklists. • Automatic date/time/hours calculations. • Staff email reminders for approved/incomplete/declined dockets. • Exporting report data to MS Excel and PDF (.xlsx.pdf) formats. • Exporting dockets to PDF format. • Reports on machinery and/or staff. • Digital Signature for dockets and it's generated PDF's. How Umbrella Docket secures your data: The security of your personal information is important to Umbrella Docket. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
