Umfields wants to make the world a better place. We help our clients build sustainable organisations where “the human factor” makes the difference. We are your ally in developing your organisation and confronting your challenges. Together we raise the bar in a pragmatic no-nonsense atmosphere. We consult, coach and, if needed, play an interim-leadership role. Our broad financial and organizational expertise allows us to see the big picture and the details. Our content scope ranges from (sustainable) policy and strategy creation to hands-on implementation and execution. Currently we are in the start-up phase of building our team and refining our offers. Once we are sufficiently developed, we will apply for “Pending B Corporation” status. We already have company bylaws and articles of association fully in compliance with B Corporation guidelines. Our commitment to be “a force for good” is built right into our DNA. Umfields heeft als missie de wereld mooier te maken door het bouwen van duurzame en mensgerichte organisaties. Hierbij duiken we met onze accountants- en management-achtergrond graag de diepte in. Dit doen we door middel van advies, coaching en waar nodig interim leiderschap. Ons werkveld spreidt zich uit van (duurzaamheids-)beleid en strategie tot de executie hiervan. Op dit moment zijn we nog in een opstartende fase. Zodra mogelijk zullen we een “B-corp to be” status aanvragen, waar we statutair reeds rekening mee hebben gehouden. Op die wijze verankeren we onze wens om een “force for good” te zijn.
