Un1q

The failure to sustain healthy behaviour is a global health challenge. Physical inactivity and poor lifestyle adherence are primary drivers of preventable chronic disease, placing a growing burden on individuals and healthcare systems alike. Existing digital health tools have not solved this, because they fail users in most of the areas that count. UN1Q is a platform built from first principles by a physician-led team in association with a diverse team of experts in various fields. It combines individualized exercise and nutrition programs with behavioural science, wearable analytics, computer vision, and AI-driven personalisation. The result is a platform that adapts continuously: to how a user moves, what their body composition shows, how their physiology responds, and where they are in their motivation and readiness to engage. Not a fitness app. An intelligent health companion. UN1Q is developed in Malta, backed by four competitive government R&D grants, and commercially launching in Ireland in July 2026 with internationalisation into EU healthcare markets to follow.
