UNARCHI builds a portable <3.5 t robotic 3D printer for construction sites. Gantry systems are slow to deploy (1–2 days, cranes, specialist crews) and on-site tolerances drift (±10–20 mm), which drives multiple plastering/grinding passes. We compress setup, hold geometry at speed, and remove finishing passes. Deployment: trailer-to-print in < 2 hours with 2 techs, no crane, auto-calibration. Precision: ±5 mm on site, verified as scan-to-CAD RMS (≥50 points after 24–48 h). One-pass multi-material: twin-nozzle prints the structural core + a finish-ready surface in one operation. Throughput (design targets): core-only ≥18 m²/h (≥1.5× leading gantry); core+finish 9–12 m²/h. Work with us. We’re inviting construction companies to prepare a full-scale on-site pilot (8 m reach).
