Somatic Breathwork is a modality that uses innate intelligence connecting the body to the mind by using your breath to create space, clear out emotional stress and physical pain. We are fully certified by SomatIQ™ Breathwork out of Austin, TX which uses circular, connected inhales and exhales combined with breath holds to activate and regulate your nervous system. Through a guided session accompanied by music you can release through a range of emotional responses and get clarity on your life.
