Unc-Ch Careerwell

CareerWell is a program designed to bridge the gap between graduate school and today's workforce. We help Carolina graduate students become more employable through for-credit courses and certificates that build essential business skills. Course topics include: team leadership, project management, product/technology commercialization, accounting, entrepreneurship, professional branding, and professional communication. We partner with companies, nonprofits, and government units to jointly design opportunities for graduate students to gain real-world work experience through internships and multidisciplinary team projects. Our corporate partners have access to tailored recruitment services, as well as opportunities to collaborate with Carolina staff and faculty to shape CareerWell content, projects, and events.
