Hi, I’m Laura, mother of 3 daughters Olivia, Hope, and Fiona, whom I homeschool/unschool/world school and have for the past 6 years. You’re crazy! Yes, I get that a lot, like all the time and in many languages. I started homeschooling Olivia when she was in Kindergarten because I could tell she didn’t learn the way they were teaching. I went down many google rabbit holes, read books, went to conferences, took a 100-hour course on teaching math to dyslexic students, and began a crazy new life journey. This was the same year I had my youngest daughter, and my marriage ended. My new reality was three kids under five and a single mom. Not what I had planned. Is life ever? Flash forward 5 years, we are still homeschooling ( unschooling really), We have traveled to 9 foreign countries with just carry-ons, even with the challenges Celiac Disease, OCD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and dyslexia. We genuinely believe differences are a superpower, and we have many! I have been wanting to share our story but have been waiting for everything to be perfect. Ha! With our new world situation and millions instantly homeschooling, I am jumping in, imperfections and all. Come along for the ride, I’m here to help any way I can!
