Uncovering Self

Uncovering Self is a path of inner development that addresses both our personal psychology and our deeper spiritual nature. My work is grounded in Psychosynthesis, a form of transpersonal psychology which focuses on integrating personal development into spiritual expression. While it acknowledges and works with pain and suffering, it also suggests a path for empowering our ability to create harmony and fully express our true purpose and potential. Other healing modalities such as Family Constellation work, Transformational Kinesiology and Essential Oil Therapy complement my work.
