Underhill & Associates is focused on developing collaborative relationships that reduce Total Cost and improve profitability for both the customer and supplier. We work with end-users to develop the processes, relationships and tools for working with suppliers on a total cost basis, and to measure the impact of the solutions these suppliers provide. We also work with suppliers on how to demonstrate the dollar value of the solutions they provide. In addition to providing training and consulting services to help companies implement alliances and learn how to measure/report total cost, we work with Strategic Business Solutions to provide off-the-shelf software to measure, track and report Total Cost savings from both product and service solutions.
