Underprotection - Ethics & Aesthetics

At Underprotection we believe that transparency in the value chain is key. We design and produce lingerie, loungewear, swimwear and hosiery in classified sustainable and certified materials such as TENCEL™ lyocell, recycled polyester, recycled nylon, recycled wool, banana fibers and organic cotton. Most of our products are vegan approved by PETA, and if not, it is because it is recycled wool or a waste resource, such as milk fiber. All our packaging, paper and polybags are either compostable, biodegradable or recycled. When our products reach their end-of-life stage we gladly receive them back, where they will either be upcycled, recycled or downcycled, as part of our take back program. Sustainability, up-re-downcycling and environmentally care are more than just a trend to us. These are the very reasons why we founded Underprotection back in 2010. We are constantly focusing on being as responsible and ethically correct as possible and are therefore taking some active choices in making positive and meaningful changes both socially, environmentally, in our community and around the world. This makes it possible for us to proudly say that we are a Certified B Corporation®.
