What is an Undokai? Undokai, in Japanese, is a community sports festival held every year with a tradition dating back over 100 years! Nearly every person in Japan has participated in Undokai at least once. In fact, Undokai is so important that many continue to join local community or company-wide Undokai events well into their adult years. Undokai helps build unity by structuring challenges and games that everyone can do together. Undokai also teaches the importance of working together, working hard, and competing for the whole team.
